Use this workflow when adding invoices, estimates, images, inspection sheets, or certificates.
Steps
- Choose the customer or vehicle record first when possible.
- Upload the file.
- Select a category.
- Link the file to the customer, vehicle, or both.
- Confirm the document appears on the relevant record.
Best practice
Use document names and categories that make sense months later. A busy workshop should not need to open five files to find the right one.
