Upload and Link Documents

Use this workflow when adding invoices, estimates, images, inspection sheets, or certificates.

Steps

  1. Choose the customer or vehicle record first when possible.
  2. Upload the file.
  3. Select a category.
  4. Link the file to the customer, vehicle, or both.
  5. Confirm the document appears on the relevant record.

Best practice

Use document names and categories that make sense months later. A busy workshop should not need to open five files to find the right one.
