Add Your First Customer
Customer records are the base for communication, notes, linked vehicles, reminders, and work history.
Steps
- Open Customers.
- Select New customer.
- Add the customer’s name and preferred contact details.
- Add notes or tags that help the team handle the customer consistently.
- Save the record before adding vehicles.
Best practices
Use tags sparingly for operational signals such as fleet, trade, priority, or account customer. Put context in notes when it is too specific for a tag.
