Add Your First Reminder

Reminders keep future work visible so the team can follow up before a vehicle or customer is missed.

Steps

  1. Open the customer or vehicle record.
  2. Select New reminder.
  3. Choose the reminder type: service, tax, insurance, NCT, follow-up, or custom.
  4. Set a due date and add a short note.
  5. Save and confirm it appears on the dashboard or reminders view.

Best practices

Use a clear due date and avoid vague notes. A reminder should tell the next person what needs attention without requiring a separate conversation.
