Track Service Reminders
Use this workflow to keep service, tax, insurance, NCT, follow-up, and custom reminders under control.
Steps
- Review due and overdue reminders from the dashboard.
- Open the customer or vehicle for context.
- Contact the customer or schedule the work.
- Update the reminder status or due date.
- Create a new reminder if completed work creates another future action.
Check the result
The reminder list should show only work that still needs attention. Completed or rescheduled items should not remain stale.
