What to prepare
Have your workshop name, owner/admin contact, a sample customer, one vehicle registration, and a recent job or invoice available. This gives you enough real data to confirm the workspace is set up correctly.
Best practice
Start with a small set of accurate records instead of importing everything at once. Once your team agrees on naming, reminder types, document categories, and role access, scaling the workspace is much cleaner.
