Billing Help
Billing is only managed by workspace owner. Billing details are not visible to other roles, and billing-related support requests must come from the workspace owner.
Common billing tasks
- Review trial or subscription status.
- Check current plan and quotas.
- Update payment details.
- Change plan when workshop usage grows.
- Ask support about invoice or subscription issues.
Before contacting support
Include the workspace name, billing email, current plan, and the change or issue you need help with. Do not send card details in support messages.
Payment provider
Billing is managed through Stripe, a secure and widely used payment provider. For billing issues, support may ask you to log in to your Stripe customer portal to review or update billing details.
