Invite Your Team

Invite each staff member with their own account so activity, work logs, and access remain traceable.

Steps

  1. Go to staff or workspace settings.
  2. Add the team member’s email address.
  3. Choose the appropriate role.
  4. Ask the team member to accept the invitation and confirm they can access the workspace.

Role guidance

Give admin access only to people who manage billing, staff, or workspace settings. Most mechanics and service staff should use roles focused on customer, vehicle, reminder, and work-log activity.
