Manage Team Access
Use this workflow when adding staff, changing responsibilities, or removing access.
Steps
- Review the staff list.
- Invite new team members with individual accounts.
- Assign the lowest role that supports their work.
- Confirm access after the invitation is accepted.
- Remove or change access when responsibilities change.
Best practice
Do a quick access review whenever someone leaves the workshop or changes role. Access control is most useful when it stays current.
