Manage Team Access

Use this workflow when adding staff, changing responsibilities, or removing access.

Steps

  1. Review the staff list.
  2. Invite new team members with individual accounts.
  3. Assign the lowest role that supports their work.
  4. Confirm access after the invitation is accepted.
  5. Remove or change access when responsibilities change.

Best practice

Do a quick access review whenever someone leaves the workshop or changes role. Access control is most useful when it stays current.
