Log Completed Work

Use this workflow after work has been completed on a vehicle.

Steps

1. Open the vehicle record.
2. Create a work log.
3. Add a clear description of the completed work.
4. Enter performed by and created by.
5. Add charge, odometer, date, and documents where relevant.
6. Add next service details and create a reminder if follow-up is required.

Check the result

Another team member should be able to understand what was done, who did it, what it cost, and what should happen next.
