Create Your Workspace

Your workspace is the shared AxleLedger area for one garage, mobile mechanic business, or workshop team.

Steps

1. Open the app at axle-ledger.vercel.app .
2. Sign in with the account that should become the workspace owner.
3. Enter the workshop name and primary contact details.
4. Review the default settings before adding operational data.

Good defaults

Use the legal or customer-facing workshop name. Keep contact details current because support, billing, and team invitations may refer to them.

Common mistakes

• Creating multiple workspaces for the same workshop before deciding how teams should be separated.
• Using a personal nickname instead of the workshop name.
• Letting multiple people share the owner account.
