First Setup Checklist

Use this checklist before inviting the full team into day-to-day use.

Workspace checks

  • Workspace name is correct.
  • Owner account belongs to the right person.
  • Team roles are understood.
  • Billing plan and trial status are visible.

Data checks

  • One customer has been added with contact details.
  • One vehicle is linked to that customer.
  • One reminder has a clear due date and type.
  • One work log includes completed work, odometer, charge, and staff attribution.
  • One document is uploaded and linked to a customer or vehicle.

Operating checks

Agree how your team will name tags, choose document categories, and record next service dates. This prevents messy records later.
