First Setup Checklist
Use this checklist before inviting the full team into day-to-day use.
Workspace checks
- Workspace name is correct.
- Owner account belongs to the right person.
- Team roles are understood.
- Billing plan and trial status are visible.
Data checks
- One customer has been added with contact details.
- One vehicle is linked to that customer.
- One reminder has a clear due date and type.
- One work log includes completed work, odometer, charge, and staff attribution.
- One document is uploaded and linked to a customer or vehicle.
Operating checks
Agree how your team will name tags, choose document categories, and record next service dates. This prevents messy records later.
