Troubleshooting
I cannot find a customer
Search by name, phone, email, and linked vehicle registration. If you find duplicates, agree which record is correct before adding more history.
A vehicle is missing from a customer
Open the vehicle record and check whether it is linked to another customer or not linked at all.
A reminder is not visible
Check the due date, reminder status, and whether it is linked to the expected customer or vehicle.
A document is hard to find
Check the document category, file name, and linked records. Rename or re-upload with clearer organisation if needed.
A record is been deleted unexpectedly
Check the workspace activity log for recent deletions. If a record was deleted by mistake, contact support with the record details and deletion time.
Important: We do not guarantee recovery of deleted records, so please be careful when deleting and review the activity log if you are unsure.
